1. Εισαγωγή
Festi is a marketplace that connects event vendors with customers in Greece. Festi does not provide event services directly; we facilitate connections between independent vendors and the customers who book them. By using Festi you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Ο λογαριασμός σας
To register an account on Festi you must provide accurate information and keep it current.

3. Χρήση της πλατφόρμας
When using Festi you agree to behave responsibly and respectfully.
- Καμία απατηλή ή παραπλανητική δραστηριότητα.
- Καμία παρενόχληση, ρητορική μίσους ή απειλητική συμπεριφορά.
- Καμία αυτοματοποιημένη εξαγωγή δεδομένων χωρίς γραπτή άδεια.
4. Πληρωμές και Συμβάσεις
Bookings and payments occur between customers and vendors directly. Festi facilitates the discovery and booking flow but is not a party to the booking contract. Vendors are responsible for tax invoicing, refunds, and contract performance.
5. Πολιτικές Ακύρωσης
Κάθε καταχώριση στο Festi εμφανίζει μία από τις τέσσερις πολιτικές ακύρωσης:
- Ευέλικτη — Πλήρης επιστροφή έως 7 ημέρες πριν την εκδήλωση. 50% επιστροφή εντός 7 ημερών.
- Μέτρια — Πλήρης επιστροφή έως 30 ημέρες πριν. 50% επιστροφή εντός 30 ημερών. Καμία επιστροφή εντός 14 ημερών.
- Αυστηρή — 50% επιστροφή έως 30 ημέρες πριν. Καμία επιστροφή εντός 30 ημερών.
- Προσαρμοσμένη — Καταχωρίσεις επιπέδου Business μπορούν να ορίσουν προσαρμοσμένη πολιτική.
The cancellation policy in effect for your booking is determined at the time of booking and recorded in the signed contract. Refunds, where applicable, are processed by the vendor directly.
6. Τερματισμός
You may delete your account at any time via the account settings. Festi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Περιορισμός Ευθύνης
Festi provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Festi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from bookings made through it.
