1. Introduction

Festi is a marketplace that connects event vendors with customers in Greece. Festi does not provide event services directly; we facilitate connections between independent vendors and the customers who book them. By using Festi you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Your Account

To register an account on Festi you must provide accurate information and keep it current.

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person. Do not share accounts or impersonate others.

3. Use of the Platform

When using Festi you agree to behave responsibly and respectfully.

• No fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity.
• No harassment, hate speech, or threatening behaviour towards other users.
• No automated scraping, data mining, or other extraction of Festi content without prior written permission.

4. Payments and Contracts

Bookings and payments occur between customers and vendors directly. Festi facilitates the discovery and booking flow but is not a party to the booking contract. Vendors are responsible for tax invoicing, refunds, and contract performance.

5. Cancellation Policies

Each listing on Festi displays one of four cancellation policies:

• Flexible — Full refund up to 7 days before the event. 50% refund within 7 days.
• Moderate — Full refund up to 30 days before. 50% refund within 30 days. No refund within 14 days.
• Strict — 50% refund up to 30 days before. No refund within 30 days.
• Custom — Business-tier vendors may set a custom policy, shown on their listing.

The cancellation policy in effect for your booking is determined at the time of booking and recorded in the signed contract. Refunds, where applicable, are processed by the vendor directly.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via the account settings. Festi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Festi provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Festi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from bookings made through it.
