About these terms
These terms apply to you when you list a venue or service on Festi, in addition to the Terms of Service that apply to every account.
Your listings
You are responsible for what you publish.
- Describe your venue or service, prices and capacity accurately and keep them up to date.
- Only upload photos and text you have the right to use.
- Keep your calendar current so customers do not request dates you cannot offer.
0% commission
Festi takes no commission on your bookings. Customers pay you directly; Festi never deducts a fee from those payments.
Subscriptions
Paid plans add features to your listings and website. Plans renew until you cancel; changes and cancellations follow the terms shown on your billing page.
Deposits and payouts
When you take deposits through Festi, payments are processed by our payment provider and paid out to your connected account under that provider's terms.
Cancellations
You honour the cancellation policy shown on your listing at the time a customer booked, including any refund it promises.
Invoices and tax
You issue your own invoices through your certified e-invoicing system and remain responsible for your own taxes. Festi does not issue invoices for your bookings.
Suspension and closure
We may pause or remove listings that break these terms. You can close your vendor account at any time; bookings already confirmed remain your responsibility.
